At Making Waves, we know corporate and community partnerships are a win-win.

Together we can support historically underrepresented students in developing their career skills and we can build a more diverse workforce – all while boosting your organization’s brand awareness and employee engagement.

About Making Waves

We are committed to equity. Making Waves Education Foundation is a Bay Area nonprofit that supports Making Waves Academy and leads a college and career success program. Our Wave-Makers earn their degrees and land jobs at more than twice the rate of their first-generation, low-income peers, with 85% graduating debt-free.

Partnership Opportunities

We are creating more equity in education and supporting first-generation students and students of color in achieving their college and career goals. Partnerships make this work possible – providing opportunities for students and recent graduates while supporting your organization’s talent or engagement goals.

Some of the benefits of a partnership include:

Grow your organization’s engagement

Be a part of community impact

Elevate your organization’s brand
