Data Specialist

The Data Specialist will serve as the organization’s resident data expert and will develop data tools, models, reports, and analyses to support and enhance student programming. This position will have the opportunity to establish best in-kind data practices; perform strategic and ad hoc data analyses to support strategic decision-making; conduct research to inform program design and evaluation; and build capacity for data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement. Core Competencies include:

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator develops and oversees administrative functions and day-to-day operations. The Operations Coordinator works to ensure the smooth operation of the College and Alumni Program (CAP) through structured and consistent implementation of Making Waves policies and support services. The Operations Coordinator ensures effective and timely communication between Wave-Makers, staff, and the Operations Manager. In the first 6-12 months, the Operations Coordinator will work closely with members from across Making Waves Foundation to implement and refine processes with the goal of supporting the College Coaches and Financial Services Coordinators in their more routine administrative tasks. This will require an adaptable individual who has a high level of attention to detail, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritize long- and short-term projects.
