Ashley Allston (she/hers) is a College Success Coach, Transition Specialist at Making Waves Education Foundation. In this role, she supports Wave-Makers with matriculating through and graduating from college. Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in African-American studies from UC Berkeley and her master’s degree in Education and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. Her background includes experience in college access for high school students, developing and executing programs and curriculum, as well as starting her own social justice company, My Doll Education. Ashley is originally from Sacramento, California, but has lived in the Bay Area for nearly 10 years. She is excited about the opportunity to work with Making Waves Education Foundation because they value their students and staff.
