2022 Conference Overview
Wave-Maker students and alumni are invited to join us for the 2022 I Am a Wave-Maker Conference: Building Your Story Through Design and Purpose on Thursday, April 14 and Friday, April 15.
The purpose of this virtual conference is to bring together current Wave-Maker students, alumni, and friends of Making Waves to engage in workshops, discussions, and develop action plans to think about how you can design your own life through storytelling.

Building Your Story: Leveraging Messaging and Design for Career and Professional Development
Thursday April 14th at 4 PM PST
Hear from and connect with our Making Waves Foundation marketing and storytelling team about practical concepts around personal messaging, storytelling, and design for professional development, including tools that you can use for job interviews, campus, community, or career projects, and more.

Come to our career development drop-in hours and receive 1:1 support from College Coaches on career topics of your choice. Current CAP students who attend will also get credit for completing their PD portfolio tasks. Examples of topics include, but are not limited to:
- Resume and Cover Letter Review
- Mock Interviews
- LinkedIn Advice…and more!

Friday April 15th at 1 PM – 4 PM PST
