Ashley Ramirez is Making Waves Education Foundation’s Peer Success Intern at Sacramento State University. She is also a part of Making Waves’ college and career success program and is a graduate from Making Waves Academy. In this internship role, she supports students in achieving their academic and career goals through mentorship and peer guidance. As a junior at Sacramento State majoring in political science, Ashley brings a passion for leadership and community service to her work at Making Waves.
Beyond academics, Ashley enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes, and volunteering with the American Legion Auxiliary. What she finds most meaningful about working at Making Waves is the opportunity to help others reach their full potential, just as she has been supported in her own journey.
