Ayasha Tripp is a Sr. Manager of Coaching Services for Making Waves Education Foundation. As a coach, her goal is to provide holistic support to students as they navigate their college journey. She also provides resources, encouragement, and insight as students explore the different options, opportunities, and challenges that college may present. Ayasha is a Bay Area native. She completed her undergraduate education at San Diego State University and Nanyang Technological University and she received her master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She adopts the philosophy of ‘servant leadership’ and is wholeheartedly dedicated to serving her students and surrounding community.
