Siobhan McCarthy is Making Waves Education Foundation’s Vice President of Finance. In this role she provides financial analysis to aid decision-making and stewardship of resources. Siobhan has a degree in accounting from University of San Diego. She enjoys hearing students’ individual stories about their college and career journey.
