Vice President of Property Management and Facilities
Jerold Ligons is the Vice President of Property Management and Facilities for Making Waves Foundation. In his capacity, Jerold leads a team responsible for land development construction and property management for all Foundation development projects and properties. Jerold has more than 30 years of professional experience in facilities and construction management. He most recently served as the director of facilities for Fortune Schools, a charter school network in the Sacramento area, where he was responsible for the design, development, construction, and management of seven different K-5 and K-8 schools. Prior to Fortune Schools, he worked for Twin Rivers Unified school district as a construction manager and he was a project manager for the St. Hope Development Company. Jerold received his BS in Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis. He has a wife and three children. What Jerold enjoys most about working at Making Waves Foundation is the opportunity to provide beautiful, lasting learning environments for the students and staff who attend and work in the facilities that he’s responsible for building and maintaining.
