Alejandra Diaz serves as a Marketing Intern for Making Waves Foundation where they work on various creative projects related to branding, social media outreach, storytelling, and more. They believe that writing is a strong asset that can help create change in communities through sharing ones experiences. Alejandra is a Wave-Maker through Making Waves Foundation’s college and career success program and is now a fourth-year student at UC Davis where they are graduating in spring 2023 with a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing and a minor in Chicano studies. They appreciate the dedication that Making Waves Foundation has for helping underprivileged students like themselves and are grateful to be given the opportunity to give back. Alejandra is proud to be a part of a humble nonprofit like Making Waves Foundation.
