As the Senior Manager of IT at Making Waves Education Foundation, Lou is responsible for maintaining network and server infrastructure. Additionally, Lou manages the help desk which provides end-user support for workstations and peripherals. He brings over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to his position at Making Waves, Lou was a network engineer with a Bay Area IT consulting firm. He is originally from Southern California, but fell in love with Oakland and the Bay Area since the early 1990’s. He finds joy in all of the student success stories.
