Felicia Tripp is a College Coach with Making Waves Foundation’s College & Alumni Program (CAP). In this role, she meets regularly with Wave-Makers (college students) and offers holistic life coaching. In each meeting, she intends to listen with her body, mind and heart, and offer a healing space where Wave-Makers can tap into their bodies, minds and hearts to discover themselves and create change as they desire. Felicia’s coaching approach is based on the belief that helping students draw upon their bodies, minds and hearts to identify their strengths and make decisions has a positive impact on their personal and professional lives. Prior to joining Making Waves Foundation, Felicia worked as an advisor for medical and pre-health students and as a general counselor in community college. Additionally, she leads workshops and studies mindful movement, somatic coaching and grief work. She completed her master’s degree in College and Career Counseling at San Francisco State University.
