In line with our vision and core values, we strive to hire and retain talent that is representative of the communities we partner with. Our hiring practices focus on building diverse candidate pools and finalist rounds. Our compensation policy includes bi-annual pay equity reviews, eliminating salary negotiations, and paying staff members who serve on committees. We also have performance management systems with clear rubrics and calibration training for managers to ensure consistent and fair performance ratings across the organization.
